In this chapter, selection of subjects as per the objectives of our study, tools and techniques employed for collecting the relevant data and statistical techniques applied for its analysis are described.

Selection of Subjects
The present study was conducted 84 Male athletes of Track Field Events players who participated at the Haryana State Youth (U-18) of held at SAI Center Sonipat Haryana on dated 02 & 03 April 2017. The age ranges was 14 –18years. Event wise selection of subjects as follows:
