Synopsis

Research is the search for knowledge or a systematic investigation in order to establish facts. The basic aim of research is to discover, interpret and develop methods and systems to advance human knowledge on diverse scientific matters. Research methodology refers to the way research can be conducted. It is also known as the process of collecting data for various research projects. Research methodology is the science of studying how research his conducted scientifically. It helps to understand both the products as well as the process of scientific enquiry. A research process involves selection and formulation of a research problem, research design, sample strategy or sample design, as well as the interpretation and preparation of research report. Research can be undertaken in the form of descriptive/survey research, applied or fundamental research, quantitative or qualitative research, conceptual or empirical research, and other types of research.

  1. Having more than two decades of teaching experience in Education and Research .
  2. Many research papers have been published in various International and National Journals, Seminars, Conferences.
  3. Seven books have  been published and more than 35 chapters in reputed edited books and magazines and 3 patents also .
  4. Has also been invited to various Seminars, Conferences, workshops as Guest Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Extension Lecture.
  5. Seven scholars have been awarded Doctorate degree & Post graduation also and seven are pursuing research work .
  6. Appointed as an External Coordinator, Evaluator, and Subject Expert for Ph.D.
  7. Members of various Journals, Organizations and NGO, editorial & advisory board.

  2. Has received more than 50 awards by various organizations, such as for Social activities by State Govt. of Haryana, Rohtak Administration, Active blood donor by Rohtak PGI as donated blood for more than 30 times , Matrav Shakti Award by Haryana Kala Parishad, Empowered Woman - Science and Technology (New Delhi),  Best Speaker by Parliament of Youth India (New Delhi), All India Radio (New Delhi) , Indian Youth Icon Award by International Council for Teacher Education, Best teacher award by Anti Corruption foundations of India, Prathma nari shakti by Amar Ujala, Dainik bhaskar News paper, Best motivational speaker by Indian Television federation and many more. State  Coordinator for Education of Haryana for Organisation for Social Cultural Awareness, Executive Director for research and publication in ICERT,New Delhi, Core member in State Curriculum Framework, Life member for research in Eudoxia USA . @At the age of 13 got registered as an Eye  and organ donor too.
  3. Actively guiding and motivating adolescence for better living. Giving  many live sessions for parents - children relations too.
